It's official now! We're married!
The Wedding Ceremony was held in the afternoon of August the Sixth,
at the Cotton Tree Drive Marriage Registry, Ground Floor,
Rawlinson House, 19 Cotton Tree Drive, Hong Kong Park, Central
It was a fast and simple ceremony attended by a small number of our
Hong Kong friends and Timothy's children, Phoebe (13) and Bene (9)
who came from Sydney for the wedding ceremony.
The day began with typical Hong Kong summer thunderstorms;
menacing dark grey sky, heavy pouring rain and all that!
Fortunately, by around 2:30 p.m., the rain stopped
and the sky cleared up to a bright, sunny summer afternoon!
According to Chinese beliefs, rain on your wedding day will bring
prosperity while sunny day will bring happiness - and we got both!
How fortunate indeed!
